July 17th: HDE 2nd Annual Picnic / Campout

Community

High Desert Equality will be having their second annual Picnic and Camping at the Mojave Narrows Regional Park in Victorville this Saturday.<br /> * Picnic begins at 11am.<br /> * There will be games for kids and adults alike.<br /> * The water park is open and there are paddleboats<br /> * Water- balloon toss at 1pm<br /> * Hot Dog eating contest for kids at 2pm<br /> * Pillow case race at 3pm<br /> * We will be having a Chili Contest from 11am to 4pm, so if you would like to enter please bring your own non-electronic heating apparatus. Ingredients must be homemade.<br /> * Dragball will begin at 5pm<br /> * Poker tournament at 9pm<br /> * Bring friends and family!!!!

The Westside 15 will be open from 4:30pm to 2am with drink specials incase you get thirsty.

Wednesday is Flash Back 80's Night, Joey Lozano will be the designated mix-master and spinner of Classic 80's music. There will be complimentary buffet includes sandwiches, potato salad, chips and dip. 80s attire such as tight-rolled jeans, slouch socks, shoulder-bearing, sweatshirts, slap bracelets, belted t-shirt, and hair band chic is encouraged but not required!
